Storage:: Keep frozen at -18°C or below

Cooking instructions Deep Fry from frozen 
 Pre-heated oil at 175-180°C. Cook for 5 to 5.5 minutes until golden in colour. Drain on absorbent paper before serving Do not refreeze once thawed.

Cooking instructions air fryer from frozen 
Preheat: Preheat your air fryer to 385-400°F (190-204°C). 
Arrange: Place the frozen hash brown patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't overlap. 
Cook: Air fry for 10-12 minutes. 
flip: Halfway through the cooking time (about 5-6 minutes), flip the patties to ensure even cooking. 
Check: Continue cooking until the patties are golden brown and crispy.
