cooking instructions,

Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 375-400°F (190-200°C).
Prepare the pork chops: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to help the seasoning stick and create a better crust.
Season the chops: Brush the chops with a little olive oil or vegetable oil, then coat them generously with your favorite seasonings. A good blend includes salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a touch of brown sugar or mustard powder for extra flavor.
Arrange in the air fryer: Place the seasoned pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
Air fry: Cook for about 10–15 minutes. The exact time will depend on the thickness of the chops and your air fryer's model.
Flip halfway: Flip the pork chops over halfway through the cooking time for even browning and cooking on both sides

 Frying the Pork tomahawk chops
Prepare the Pork Chops:
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings, like Italian seasoning.
Heat the Pan: In your skillet, heat the oil and a bit of butter over medium to medium-high heat until the butter is melted and the oil is shimmering hot.
Fry the Pork Chops: place pork chops into the hot skillet, making sure to give them enough space so they don't steam.
Cook to Doneness: ry the chops for about 4 to 5 minutes per side, depending on their thickness, until they are golden brown.
Check for Doneness: The pork chops are done when they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Drain and Rest: Remove the pork chops from the skillet and place them on a wire rack or paper towels to drain excess oil. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
