Chinese Chicken Curry / แกงไก่

Chinese Chicken Curry is a mild, takeout-style comfort dish featuring tender, marinated chicken and vegetables in a savory, thick yellow-brown gravy. The sauce is typically flavored with a blend of spices, including turmeric and Chinese five-spice powder, and thickened with cornstarch for a velvety texture. Unlike Indian curries, it is not intensely spicy and has a smoother, gravy-like consistency.
Rice is sold separately.

Storage:: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrosted (in a refrigerator), eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes adjust time as needed if the meal isn't quite done cook for a few more minutes allow to stand, 1 minute before serving.;
