Beef Madras is a hot, fragrant, and tangy Indian curry featuring tender beef cooked in a rich, spiced tomato and onion gravy and a variety of spices. 
Rice is sold separately. 

Storage:: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrosted (in a refrigerator), eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Cooking instructions Microwave (from fully defrosted) Times may vary on cooking
Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes adjust time as needed if the meal isn't quite done cook for a few more minutes allow to stand, 1 minute before serving.;
