Prime bacon chops are juicy and tender. Serve as a main meal or as a substantial addition to your cooked breakfast.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrosted (in a refrigerator) Defrost for a minimum of 8 hours in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. If defrosted – Do Not Freeze.
cooking instructions To Grill: Remove all packaging. Place under a pre-heated grill on a medium/high heat and grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
To Shallow Fry: Remove all packaging. Pre-heat a non-stick pan or use a little oil, shallow fry and once heated, cook the bacon for 3- 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Times may vary.
