Defrosted (in a refrigerator), eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Cooking instructions Air Frye
. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
. Prepare the Basket: Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
. Arrange the Fish Cakes: Place the fish cakes in the basket in a single layer, ensuring they don't overlap.
. Spray with Oil: For extra crispiness, lightly spray the tops of the fish cakes with cooking oil.
. Cook for the First Half: Air fry for approximately 4-5 minutes.
. Flip the Fish Cakes: Carefully flip the fish cakes over.
. Cook the Second Half: Continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes, or until the fish cakes are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve: Remove the fish cakes and serve with your favorite sauce.
