Deep fried chicken wings are a popular and delicious snack or appetizer. They are made by coating chicken wings in seasoned flour and breadcrumbs and then deep frying them until they are crispy and golden brown

Defrosted (in a refrigerator overnight eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Cooking Instructions in air fryer
Preheat. Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
Arrange the wing sticks. Place the chicken wing sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid stacking them, as the air needs to circulate around each piece for even crisping. Work in batches if necessary.
Add oil (optional). If your wing sticks appear dry, a light spray of olive oil will help the crust crisp up. This is most effective for naked or lightly battered wings.
Cook. Air fry the wing sticks for 7–10 minutes. The exact time will vary based on their size and how crispy you want them.
Shake and flip. After about 4–5 minutes, pause the air fryer and use tongs to shake or flip the wing sticks. This ensures all sides get uniformly crispy.
Check for doneness. The wing sticks are ready when they are heated through, and the breading is golden and crunchy. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Serve immediately. For maximum crunch, transfer the wings to a plate and serve them right away with your favorite sauces or sides.
