Thursday 25th January is Burn’s night, why not celebrate with a haggis Burns Night is a vibrant celebration of all things Scottish and is a popular event for Scots around the world

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrosted (in a refrigerator) overnight eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Cooking instructions, 

• Remove: the outer plastic packaging.
• Wrap: the haggis tightly in foil.
• Place: the foil-wrapped haggis into a pot.
• Cover: with water, ensuring the water is simmering (not boiling fiercely) to prevent the haggis from bursting.
• Simmer: for about 1 hour or until it is piping hot throughout.
• Serve: the haggis.

Important Tips
 Never: let the water boil fiercely, as this can cause the haggis to burst. 
 Always: cook the haggis until it is piping hot all the way through to ensure it is safe to eat.
