Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrosted (in a refrigerator) overnight eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Cooking instructions,
- Remove: the outer plastic packaging.
- Wrap: the haggis tightly in foil.
- Place: the foil-wrapped haggis into a pot.
- Cover: with water, ensuring the water is simmering (not boiling fiercely) to prevent the haggis from bursting.
- Simmer: for about 1 hour or until it is piping hot throughout.
- Serve: the haggis.
Important Tips
Never: let the water boil fiercely, as this can cause the haggis to burst.
Always: cook the haggis until it is piping hot all the way through to ensure it is safe to eat.
