Smoked Streaky Bacon is a delicious full flavoured bacon which is perfect on its own as a breakfast bacon or as an accompaniment in a variety of dishes.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrosted (in a refrigerator) Defrost for a minimum of 8 hours in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. If defrosted – Do Not Freeze.

Cooking instructions To Grill: Remove all packaging. Place under a pre-heated grill on a medium/high heat and grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
To Shallow Fry: Remove all packaging. Pre-heat a non-stick pan or use a little oil, shallow fry and once heated, cook the bacon for 3- 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Times may vary.

Cooking instructions Air fry 180°C Chilled 8 mins. Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer. Place all bacon rashers in the air fryer in a single layer. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking.
