Our Polish-style kransky is handmade and smoked on our premises with quality ingredients. It’s a rich, tasty sausage that can be cooked many ways. Stick them on a grill and pop them in a roll with sauerkraut and mustard for an amazingly tasty lunch. These are pre-cooked.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrosted (in a refrigerator), eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Cooking Instructions Boiling
This is a fast and simple method for heating the sausages. 
1.    Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2.    Add the kransky sausages and simmer for about 8 minutes, or until warmed through.
3.    For extra flavor, you can finish the sausages on the grill for a few minutes after boiling to give the casing a nice snap. 
 

Grilling (BBQ or char-grill)
Grilling adds a delicious, smoky char to your chili kransky. 
1.    Preheat your barbecue grill or char-grill pan on high. Add a tablespoon of oil to the grill or pan.
2.    Score the sausages with a few shallow cuts and place them on the grill.
3.    Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning often, until they are golden and heated through.
