Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok and is mixed with eggs. It is often eaten by itself or as an accompaniment to another dish.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrosted (in a refrigerator), eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes adjust time as needed if the meal isn't quite done cook for a few more minutes allow to stand, 1 minute before serving.;
