Don't be afraid about the leftovers, as they come in handy when you want a filler sandwich or meat to go with your breakfast omelette. Also, you can reheat whenever you're ready to serve.
We start by trimming and shaping the ham. Preparing it for a slow cure that lasts over 48 hours. Finally, the hams are slow cooked, and hand glazed with honey. In fact, the result is a juicy ham joint, extremely succulent The Honey Glazed Ham is delivered fully cooked and ready to eat
For best result, remove the ham from fridge and let it sit to room temperature for at least 30 minutes prior to carving.
To warm the ham: Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Add water to the bottom of the pan and cover the whole thing tightly with foil. Reheat the ham in a 190ºC oven for around 10 minutes per 1KG, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 70ºC.
*If reheating just a few slices of ham, wrap the slices in foil and check after 5 minutes.
Storage: refrigerator temperature at or below 4°C (40°F)
