Pepperoni Sliced   / เปปเปอร์โรนี

Pepperoni is made using cured pork and beef seasoned with paprika and chili pepper to give its characteristically smoky taste and bright red colour. The perfect pizza topping.

Storage: refrigerator temperature at or below 4°C (40°F)

Sandwiches & Wraps:
Add slices or dices of pepperoni to grilled cheese sandwiches, subs, or burritos for a flavorful twist. 
 
Pasta & Salads:
Chop pepperoni and mix it into pasta dishes like carbonara or pasta salads, or add it to a traditional Italian-style salad. 
 
Baked Dishes:
Layer pepperoni into quesadillas, stuff mushrooms, or add it on top of baked potatoes for extra flavor. 
 
Eggs: Dice pepperoni and add it to omelets, frittatas, or quiches along with eggs, cheese, and vegetables.
