 Pan-fried frozen cod
Pan-frying works best for thinner fillets and produces a crispier texture.
Rinse the frozen cod under cold water to remove any ice crystals, then pat it thoroughly dry with a paper towel.
Heat a heavy, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with a high-oleic oil, such as olive, canola, or grapeseed oil.
Place the seasoned fillets in the hot pan and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until lightly browned. Season after the first flip to prevent the                  spices from burning.
Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan, and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes, until the fish is fully opaque and flaky.

Air fryer is a quick and convenient way to get tender, flaky fish with a crispy exterior.
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
Brush the frozen fillets with oil and season as desired.
Place the cod in the basket in a single layer, ensuring there is space for air to circulate.
Air fry for 10 minutes. Flip the fillets with tongs, and cook for another 8 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and crispy.
